  • Me: I don't want to ride a motorcycle ever.
  • Brother: How come?
  • Me: *incredulously looks at him" They aren't safe!
  • Brother: Motorcycles are perfectly safe.
  • Me: Say what?
  • Brother: No one has died because of a motorcycle.
  • Me: According to statistics, most motorists die of blunt force trauma, concussion and brain damage. Most of them are due to vehicle collisions. How can you say that they are safe?
  • Brother: *smiles* Yes. But motorists die AWAY from the motorcycle. Their cause of death is when they collide with the vehicle causing that blunt force trauma, concussion and brain damage. Motorists do not die ON the motorcycle, if they did, then there is a probability of murder or homicide. And that is no longer an accident. Therefore, motorcycles are safe.
